Frequently asked questions
Will testing disrupt our systems?
No. Testing is planned with you in advance and carried out in a controlled way. Anything that could affect operations is scheduled outside working hours.
How often should we test our security?
At least once a year, and after major changes such as a new network, a move to the cloud or a security incident. Ongoing vulnerability scanning can be included in a managed plan.
Do you also fix the problems you find?
Yes. Our findings report includes a remediation plan, and we can implement the fixes and retest to prove they worked.
What is a phishing simulation?
We send realistic but harmless phishing emails to your staff to see who clicks or enters details. The results show where training is needed, and we provide that training.
