Automated Backup Solutions for Business
Automated, monitored and tested backups that let you recover from ransomware, theft or hardware failure, fast.

Your data is your business. Protect it properly.
Hardware fails, laptops get stolen, files are deleted by mistake and ransomware encrypts everything it can reach. A business without reliable backups can lose years of work in a morning. The problem is that many backups are manual, untested or stored right next to the data they are meant to protect.
91 Cyber designs and manages automated backup solutions that run without anyone needing to remember them. Using trusted backup platforms such as Commvault, we keep copies of your critical data both locally and offsite, monitor every job and test restores, so recovery works when you need it.

Frequently asked questions
How often are backups taken?
That depends on how much data you can afford to lose. Most businesses back up at least daily, and critical systems can be backed up far more often.
Is OneDrive or Microsoft 365 already a backup?
Not fully. Microsoft 365 keeps its service available but has limited retention and will sync deletions and ransomware damage. A separate Microsoft 365 backup is strongly recommended.
Where is our data stored?
We use a combination of local storage for fast recovery and secure cloud storage for offsite protection. We can discuss data location requirements with you.
Can backups protect us from ransomware?
Yes, if they are designed for it. Offsite, immutable copies that ransomware cannot reach are the most important part of any ransomware recovery plan.
When did you last test a restore?
If you are not sure, let us check your backups before you need them.
